About Pack Press

Pack Press is Davenport’s Student News Organization. Pack Press comprises students enrolled in Advanced Journalism classes (Yearbook and News Production). Students are responsible for covering the events of Davenport and producing journalistic content about these events. One of these forms of content is the monthly HOWL (known as The HOWL). Hosted by Alexis and Sophia, they recap the events from the past month. Cody hosts the montly sports segment Pack Press Sports, where he and the Pack Press Sports team sit down with athletes and talk about the season and other events.

Pack Press is also responsible for the annual student publication, The Homestead, Davenport’s Yearbook.

Pack Press is run by faculty adviser Zac DeLane and the sports department is also co-lead by John Martelli.
